I am Shilpa Salve, a Certified Life Coach, Author, and Internationally recognized Yoga Trainer, professionally trained by the Yoga & Ayurveda Prabodhini & Vishwa Yoga School and Research Centre and certified by Arfeen Khan. I have been learning Yoga since the age of 13, and have worked with various institutes and coaching centers all along the way.
I am working as a Transformation Coach for over a decade now and have impacted over 1000 lives. I am here to influence people and create more awareness towards self-empowerment, self-confidence, and self-realization. I am a versatile author. So far I have authored three books of different genres. I have conveyed my own life’s journey through my book “Cut the Crap” while another book features a collection of poetry.
