I have been mentoring for almost two decades, though I have taken up formal coaching from last three years yet I have coached 30+ clients to help them resolve their problems, dilemmas and priorities.
Coaching and Mentoring comes naturally after leading large teams distributed and extended teams) for long time. With close to 35 years in IT industry and having performed myriad roles while working closely with the top management, business processes and ingredients of operational excellence provides a holistic view of business My specialization in process and process improvement has warranted me to work closely with workforce, management and business leaders alike.
Being spiritual by nature, thought and action my focus remains on values and ethics, fitness of mind and body and mind. Being well versed with Indian Vedic literature helps in my own balance towards life.
