Prem said Samontoray, the Founder of Enhance Life Skills is a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Human Resource Management from Amity University, New Delhi. She is a Certified Master Trainer and a Facilitator who pours in her passion and commitment towards training and empowering individuals to enhance their lives and help them excel professionally and personally. She is a highly reputed and much-respected Life Skill Coach because she inspires people through her life experiences. Her own personal experiences in life created a massive knowledge base in her that no previous degree or university could.
Premsai experienced heart-wrenching situations at a very young age. As she was just about to overcome the tragedy of her brother’s death, was settled in marriage, had a child, another major physical tragedy hit her. A slipped disc pushed her into bed physically, rendered her helpless psychologically.
When almost everyone started giving up, she found life-changing inner-motivation and the right kind of external support that brought her back in form. She used the Science of Yoga to heal herself inside-out and succeeded. She used her passion for dance, painting, and writing as tools to uplift her spirit. Today, Premsai is a Certified NLP Practitioner, a Certified Career Guidance Specialist, a Blogger, a Painter, and a Yoga Practitioner too.
Her all-pervasive attitude towards life has given her the ability to create sessions with the right mix of motivation, interaction, and fun. In over 15 years of her enriched training experience, Premsai has trained more than 20,000 individuals and lead to a transformation in them.
