"1. My weight, which made me realise I was getting obese and my desire to be in shape - thin and fit - made me connect with Dt. Pradnya Padhye. Meeting her was one of the best that has happened to me.I was completely depressed because of my increasing weight and my confidence was going down. And I got a new ray of hope after I met her. I definitely have benefited many ways; In terms of weight...abig YES!! But more than that I've got such a beautiful amazing friend, confidant...such a humble, trustworthy, kind hearted person…got to learn a lot from her. Just like an elder sister to me. I remember the first day I met her and she told me “Don't worry we are in this together and we'll cover and conquer this journey and battle...Don't Worry I will take you through this...Just Trust Me.” That moment changed my life forever and now here I am I would say all just because of her!! I am a more positive, happy person and more fit physically and mentally and I truly believe in this Quote “Health Is Wealth"". I've become an example for others as I've lost 30 kilos which was only possible because of the “one-and-only” Pradnya Padhye; for she just asked me to believe her and never left my side. Working with her was beautiful. She made me feel happy and celebrate even the small achievements when I had lost 2 kilos in the first week...and 1-2 kilos every week...even on the days I didn't lose or gain, she didn't stop believing and always cheered me up and set targets and geared me up. How can I forget...she is the only reason and motivation I had for the first time participated in a marathon and got my first marathon medal. So many achievements and only just because of her. I would forever be thankful and indebted to her for being my support. I'm definitely happy to have lost weight tremendously but more than that to have met her and the relationship developed which I will cherish for life. 2. Pradnya Padhye: Nutritionist

Every individual is unique with a different lifestyle, different likes and dislikes & different eating habits. We strongly believe that you can never have “One Diet Fit for All”. While the importance of good nutrition is known to all and enough and more information is available on the internet today, there is a void in the understanding of lifestyle diseases and their implications on health.

Our health workshops are based on the dietary guidelines for Indians recommended by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and focus on creating awareness on lifestyle diseases and managing them through dietary interventions. These workshops are designed for corporate & MSMEs keeping in mind the varied demands at work different hierarchical levels within the organizations.

We engage with schools and educational institutions to inspire kids to imbibe habits of “Right Nutrition” in their formative years. The entire program is designed to help communicate this in a fun and easy learn the way.

We engage with parents to equip them to handhold their kids to inculcate the right eating habits. These interventions are critical since the nutrition and food habits in childhood have a significant impact on health in their adulthood. Our personal dietary counseling sessions involve a detailed discussion with our clients, educating them on why we need to change their way of eating and how this can be accomplished. An extremely personalized plan is charted out and a realistic goal is set during the process.

A weekly follow-up helps reinforce good eating practices which result in a lifestyle change. No medicines – pills or powders – are given to any clients. Kids Nutrition Every child is special and has a right to good nourishment. Mothers are perennially concerned “if my child is eating right”. Times are changing; the lack of open spaces makes outdoor games for children a rare sight. Children then resort to playing indoor games or are busy with their smartphones and computers.

Fondness for junk food is increasing at an unbelievable pace. Chips, cookies, fries, burgers, pizzas, etc. which were once enjoyed occasionally have become a daily affair. All this has resulted in disproportionate levels of child obesity, low immunity in children, early onset of menarche, and so on. On the other hand, we have children who are picky eaters and it is a tiring effort by the mother to ensure adequate nourishment. It is proven that academic achievement is linked to kids’ nutrition and physical activity.

We help you and your child understand what good eating habits are and how these can be incorporated to make lifestyle changes to ensure the right nutrition for our kids.
The primary focus areas are:
Childhood Obesity,
Diet for Underweight Kids,
Guidance on Healthy Eating Habits,
Diet to Improve Immunity

Sports Nutrition
Sportsmen or Athletes have a grueling regimen. A rigorous workout makes “right nutrition” even more vital. Very often, sportsmen are encouraged to eat exponential amounts of eggs and supplements.

There is no clear understanding of pre-workout foods and post-workout foods and how to balance nutrition during the rest of the day. This makes the role of a certified dietitian unique, wherein after a detailed understanding of the person’s schedule, a comprehensive diet plan is charted out.

We have come across athletes who are unaware of the right eating habits and a dietary intervention has not only helped them become leaner and fitter but even optimized their performance.
The key programs have been designed for:
Diet for Marathoners,
Performance Enhancement Guidance for Athletes and Gymnasts.

Although both dietitians and nutritionists assist clients in determining the ideal diets and foods to satisfy their health needs, their qualifications are distinct. Dietitians can help people with specific health problems like eating disorders by making meal suggestions.

In general, a dietitian’s function is more controlled than that of a nutritionist, and the distinction is due to the type of education and professional training received. A dietician must have various licenses and qualifications in order to practice. The term “nutritionist” is less regulated than “dietitian” and has a broader definition. Nutritionists and dietitians may specialize in different areas.

Both dieticians and nutritionists are qualified to help individuals with issues such as weight loss / weight gain, fatigue reduction, improving hair/skin quality and digestive diseases. Dieticians would be able to provide advice related to specific health conditions like eating disorders, PCOS, diabetes, Dull skin, High Cholestrol,High Sugar, Lack Of Stamina, Lower Immunity, Weight gain etc. Nutritionists can also have specializations like sports nutrition,  for example.
