- Testimonials:Neerja Poddar conducted a two day seminar in October 2013 with us at our Himatsingka Seide Ltd, Bangalore mill which is a textile manufacturing company in Bangalore. This was held for the Design Team of about 10/12 designers. Our purpose was to enhance free expression and release of blockages in the designers in order to help them be more creative. Neerja wove a number of self help & experiential techniques into these two days. She also conducted some individualized therapies. A sense of heightened enthusiasm, closer interaction between the individuals of the group within themselves as a team, team cohesiveness & participation was seen post this workshop. It somehow created sense of warmth.

Neerja Poddar:(Alternate Healing Therapist) is a Reiki Master and has been teaching Reiki for many years. She later went on to learn Clinical Hypnotherapy and become a Faculty Member of the California Hypnosis Institute of India (now EKAA).
She is also an Access Consciousness BARS, Access Body Processes & Facelift therapist and facilitator, thus adding this beautiful technique to her repertoire.
She practices an integrated system by using the techniques of Access Consciousness, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Metaphor Therapy, Emotional Empowerment Technique, and Family & Systemic Constellation techniques to help people find solutions to their issues.
She teaches Access Consciousness BARS, Access Consciousness BODY PROCESSES, Access Energetic FACELIFT & conducts various other self-empowering workshops for individuals and companies.
She also holds customized workshops for groups of individuals and corporate teams, addressing specific needs.
