She has been pivotal in educating and motivating the management and engineering students of B.E., Batch., M.E., MTech., MCA and MBA courses.

Through her own personal struggles, going through the strain common to all professionals, she learned first-hand the transformational power derived from shifting to an optimistic attitude. She combined these personal insights with her training to transform people.

With her participation in national/international conferences and workshops, she has conducted various faculty and personality development programs for Central Government Departments, Engineering & Management Colleges, Corporate, Public, etc. She has trained and counseled more than a thousand people throughout.
