Mr. Hari Krishan:(International Life Coach)He belongs to the Indian Railways Personnel Service and has served at the level of Joint Secretary to the Govt of India which is a very senior level in Indian bureaucracy. He has worked as Principal Chief Personnel Officer (HOD), Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala, and as General Manager/HR, Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation (DFCC), a Schedule ‘A’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under Ministry of Railways. He has in-depth knowledge and rich experience in various fields like administration and management, policy formulation, recruitment, human resources development, training, learning and development, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), RTI, legal matters, etc.

As the head of the Training Division, he has organized numerous national and international training and skill development programs under the aegis of the World Bank and Japan International Cooperation Agency(JICA). He has participated as a panelist in CSR Summit. To pursue his passions and mission to give back to society, he has taken voluntary retirement from the Government services. He has been associated with coaching for IAS and other competitive examinations.

He has helped lots of students, employees, and professionals to excel in their academic and professional fields. His leadership and motivational skills are widely appreciated. He is a regular invitee as a speaker in entrepreneurship /leadership/ seminars for professionals from various fields.

He is an expert in handwriting analysis and recently, in a TEDx event organized by the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, conducted handwriting analysis of more than 50 participants in a day comprising of professionals, academicians, and students and also conducted a workshop on ‘Empowerment through Handwriting” for more than 450 trainees at a premier Training Institute of Indian Railways. He is also a qualified Naturopath and Reiki Grandmaster and has deep interests in nutrition & wellness, acupressure, mind mapping and has been providing training in these areas.

He is on a mission to help organizations transform their employees into self-motivated leaders to achieve organizational goals and to empower people around the world to lead a life of significance.
