Mahmohan Vishnu Konde, is a yoga expert and trainer for more than 14 years of experience as a health and wellness expert. Manmohan completed his TTC from Yoga Vidya Niketan about 8 years ago to become full time yoga instructor and he is associated with Yogayam Wellness since inception of the company. Manmohan has a unique approach to each individual for the training and designs the session according to the age, fitness level, flexibility, body type. Manmohan has spent many years in fitness industry as gym manager before getting into yoga for full time. He has expertise in corporate training as well and has conducted classes for TATA Group, Accenture India and WNS. He believes that yoga is an individual’s wellness journey to become a better version of themselves each day which can be achieved with the right guidance of a yoga guru.
