She has eight years experience offering dietary advice in an organizational setting. She prepares customized diet plans for weight management and disease management – counseling individuals for healthy lifestyles and their nutritional requirements. She has been associated with Truworth Health Technologies pvt.ltd, Kiaora Health and Beauty Clinic, Jaipur skin and Cosmetic center, Jaipur,Diet Mantra Girdhar Hospital and Research Center, fitness inc. gym and Body Care for nutrition and health. Further with the thirst of exploring different facets in Nutrition and Health she worked with leading fitness centers. This helped giving her an insight about sports nutrition.
She is also a Consultant Dietician to Medical second opinion Pvt. Ltd. And provide online consultation to corporate like Unitech, Bristlecone etc.
She likes to propogate her knowledge by organizing workshops, seminars, lectures and presentations at schools, institutes, housing societies, health clubs, government organizations, etc…
