I deal mostly with the lifestyle conditions (NCDs- Non communicable Diseases) .Counseling involves identifying the root cause of the problem and educating them about all the aspects of health which is Diet, Exercise, Stress, and Sleep. Also expertise in disease management like GDM and Diabetes, Dislipidemia, Hypertension, Digestive disorders, ensuring for a better management and cure.
