I provide rehabilitation courses,take meditation for increasing positivity and reducing stress.  I also provide counselling services and help people come out of depression, how to deal with your mind in tense situations by being peaceful. I also take art of living courses for age groups 18 to senior citizens. Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
