She is currently the Principal of Rahul International School, Wadgaon Sheri branch, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
She is M.A in School education, M.A in History, MBA in HR, B.Ed.
She is a certified trainer and a parenting coach, and innovator of “3D Parenting” concept, who has been counseling parents for over a decade. Her simple, yet effective parenting tips with an innovatively designed concept of ‘3D approach,’ have not only been well received by the parents but have also made parenting effective and graceful.
Abha Jadhav has also got her name registered for OMG Book of National Records for 100% attendance for consecutive three years since 2nd April 2018 till 12thth June 2021, on the post of School Principal at Apex International School Surat.
She has been speaker at Ted Circles, Indo-Finnish Edu Conference, Inspire to Aspire conference and many more.
She has not only been able to nurture her students academically, but her energy, enthusiasm and vivaciousness has helped her inculcate the values and necessary life skills in her students too. She has received the ‘Star Employee of the year’ award and Dronacharya Award and has been nominated for the Best Principal award for two consecutive years on National Level.
She has also worked as a highly successful insurance agent and has won all awards
She is a popular radio and television host and also a YouTuber where her most admired show is “Spotlight with Abha.”
She is the Founder of AJ school of Digital Learning, where she trains people on Digital personality grooming, Empowering YouTube channels of aspiring YouTubers, Canva, Video editing etc. Her list of students includes students across the globe.
She is an author too. She has co-authored “ Rise and Shine-10 keys to spectacular success”, and Authored “My letters to Parents”.
She has a unique ability to spread smiles and transfer her positivity to charge the person she connects with.
