She teaches mostly Swami Rama The Himalayan masters techniques with breath awareness , relaxation and meditation. Heartfulness meditation and few dharana from Vigyan Bhairava tantra and Shambhavi  Maha Mudra from Patanjali yoga darshan, Anapanasati yoga Buddhists technique, Soham nadanusandhana, on chakras and a cyclic meditation…..etc. ln relaxation a lot of techniques like point to point, tension and relaxation, 61 points, blue star, QRT (Quick Relaxation Technique) and DRT (Deep Relaxation Technique).
