CBT & NLP counselling helps at the conscious level. Our behavior, thoughts and feelings are driven by our unconscious mind so trying to solve the problem consciously will bring limited results. We use the unconscious mind to make the change so the changes, preferred patterns of behavior, more positive & resourceful thought process take place automatically at unconscious level.
