I am a very big advocate for mental health and reducing the ever-present stigma around being mentally well. Having studied from Harvard University, I have realised that mental health impacts your life in many ways and I would like to help people who are being negatively impacted every day. As a mental health professional, I will listen to your needs and hear you out very clearly.
I do not only deal in mental illnesses, I also help with stressful situations or family issues and try to alleviate any potentially negative situations as soon as possible. Each session would be an hour long and during each one, I will provide my listening ear to you and/or anyone else. I can do group sessions or singular sessions, whichever my client prefers.
