Manikandan M S (Mani) is an Emotional wellbeing coach and his passion is to help and transform individuals to become emotionally healthy and balanced so that they cancan lead a meaningful and fulfilled life especially those who have gone through tough relationships. He has background of almost 2 decades in the corporate world in both India and abroad and his expertise in this area has been for several years along with his career. He is qualified and successfully completed several courses on Emotional Intelligence including a program by IIT – Kharagpur, Govt of India. He is also an author of the widely reviewed book in Amazon titled “7 easy ways to handle any Emotional Overwhelming Situation”

Mani shares his knowledge via social media, podcast and also been conducting regular online webinars, group coaching programs (Better your Emotions and Enhance your Emotions) as well as one- one coaching. People who have been through his coaching and guidance have experienced tremendous change in their outlook towards life and have become extremely better at handling the emotional challenges they face.
