Personal Counseling –
Individual counseling (sometimes called psychotherapy, talk therapy, or treatment) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Individual counseling is counseling focused on the individual’s immediate or near future concerns. Relationship counseling is important for addressing marital concerns because Counseling helps couples take time out of their busy lives and come together to really focus on themselves.

The counselor acts as a sort of mediator between the spouses and facilitates healthy and effective communication. Parental counseling is a type of service that aims to provide the necessary knowledge, tools, guidance, and most especially support to parents without bias or judgment. This way, they become more fully equipped to take care of their children. Either way, a parent counselor meets the parent at the appointed time. Career Counseling can be defined as a comprehensive, developmental program designed to assist individuals in making and implementing informed educational and occupational choices.

In simple words, it is a journey on which people develop to make mature and informed decisions.
Anger management  – Anger management helps you recognize frustrations early and resolve them in a way that allows you to express your needs and keeps you calm and in control.
