Dr. Anamika is a doctorate, life coach, mother, wife, trainer of professionals, and author of two (upcoming books), & two published books. She started her career as a newly-graduated MBA back in 2009, and soon discovered that most of her clients were expressing a significant degree of dissatisfaction in life; stress, anxiety, and unhappiness were widespread.
She strongly related to their struggles, because she was experiencing something similar herself. Despite the fact that she had a successful career with a dream job, good income, and high status, she was stressed, anxious, and yet fighting to be fit.
She just couldn’t understand why I felt this way. She had achieved all the goals that society approves of, but it wasn’t working. One thing was for sure, simplistic stories that it was all due to an unhappy childhood or too much negative thinking or a chemical imbalance in her brain were definitely not the answer.
So she set off on a journey to find out :
a) what makes people unhappy, and
b) far more importantly, to create something which makes people excited about living your life?
She vouches that journey took her down a lot of blind alleys and dead ends. But eventually, it led her to become a Life Coach – with a mission!
The moment she discovered this coaching, a way to impact lives one day at a time; she fell deeply in love with it. It had a huge and profound impact on her life in turn as well.
She found how to enrich and enhance my life, and transform the way she dealt with painful thoughts and feelings. She built a stronger connection with herself and others, which led her to feel that sense of warmth, closeness, belonging shed been searching for all those years.
