Shreya Jain:(Alternative Healing Therapist)

Being a Therapist is one of my greatest passions. In the past 6 years of being in this field, it has been my privilege to help my clients with a variety of issues like surviving trauma, depression, anxiety, other mood disorders, addiction, stage of life transitions, and other emotional or behavioral difficulties.

​I’m very passionate about integrating an intersectional, feminist, and social justice lens into the way we look at our psychological well-being. I started Beyond Therapy to advocate for a non-pathological approach to mental health along with providing some psychoeducation allowing people to learn more about themselves. I aim to normalize the discussion around mental health and work towards helping people experiencing mental health problems get the same access to safe and effective care as those with physical health problems.
