Born into a Defense family, Shruti took Diversity and Inclusion for granted, till she experienced how her gender became both her privilege and her handicap. Her experience in the UK and the US, helped her understand the first step towards change begins with ourselves. Shruti is a voracious reader and loves to meet and know people. This combined with her passion to make an impact got her into the world of Coaching and Inclusion.
