I am certified transformational coach from ICF, USA. Prior to becoming a full- time facilitator and coach in 2016, I was associated with a US based Engineering MNC where I worked with cross cultural teams across the globe in the areas of Training/Organizational Development and Leadership Development. That stint also allowed me to get hands-on experience in Sales, ERP Implementation, Operations (Process Improvement/Operational Excellence) besides HR. The coaching program in 2016 shifted my priorities in life and I moved out of corporate job to find more meaning in life which I found by partnering in people’s development. I believe in wholeness and resourcefulness of people. My background in academics and corporate has helped me to be sharp and focused in my approach with my clients. I help my clients by creating a mind map of a client’s psyche which helps people to tie in why of their behavior and focus on how to change the patterns. Some clients have been able to have more meaningful personal and professional relationships through coaching. My coaching style is Encouraging, Supportive and Collaborative. My life’s calling is to support marginalized people in any way possible manner and I find ways to do my bit through coaching, volunteering with the social sector, storytelling etc. My clients are from Consulting (the Big Four), FMCG, BFSI, Engineering, IT, Consumer Products, Textile, Logistics, And Healthcare. I am also a Fellow Coach with a US based coaching company called Betterup. I am highly invested in my growth as an individual and am trained in Transactional Analysis, Non-Violent Communication, Appreciative Enquiry, Psolodrama techniques, Process oriented psychology as well as Positive Psychology. I am also certified in EQ-i2 assessment. I am based at Mumbai- India. Language(s) spoken- I am proficient in speaking English and Hindi.
