I am an internationally Certified LIFE Purpose Coach, a workshop & keynote Speaker by profession, and a Humanist, Researcher, and Nature Enthusiast by CHOICE. I am the Founder and Chief Mentor at Know Your True Self @ Research Academy, a research, education, and exploration entity in the fields of behavioral sciences, energy psychology, and the world of emotions. Through my work, I intend to help individuals, groups, and entities to be more authentic, more effective, more understanding, and do achieve success with meaning and significance. I have my background of a decade in the Indian Army and spent almost 10 years as entrepreneurs in various fields before taking the plunge into my lifelong passion for decoding the world of human behaviors and emotions. I have been involved along with the pioneers in spreading awareness about mental and emotional health among masses in the country since 2005 and established my research entity in the year 2008. In my career as a researcher, coach, speaker, and humanist I worked with various individuals and entities as a personal performance coach, trainer, and keynote and workshop speaker. In the organization, I focused on human capital and have been making sure to deliver the programs which help the organization to build a culture of trust, integrity, and openness.
