  3. Read in plenty: We are taught from a very young age that reading is very important to get somewhere in life. Reading opens our minds to new ideas and perspectives. It facilitates our growth. Without knowledge, it is impossible to live a good life. It is the most important thing that decides the kind of life we will live.
  4. Start the day early: People who have become successful all generally wake up early. It not only gives a head start to the day but also is a good time to start the day before any distractions and problems start to show up. Our determination is said to be highest in the morning. It is a good time to focus on important things like work or studies.
  5. Find time for exercise: Physical activity is the best way to maintain good health.
